Description:

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to work within the public sector. Location: Hybrid working - Hendon

  • X3 13 hour shifts, day shifts - 4 rest days
  • X3 13 hour shifts, night shifts - 4 rest days

About the role: You will be responsible for the monitoring of critical network alerts and ensuring encrypted data is successfully transmitted. Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will hold Active SC clearance and have a proven Operational Analytical background, with the following skills/experience:

  • Experience of working within a Service Desk environment, Incident and Request Fulfilment process disciplines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, any previous customer service experience.
  • Familiar with a similar shift pattern
  • Experience of Incident Management.
  • experience with ServiceNow or similar
  • Monitoring experience
  • Experience of ITIL Service Management

Responsibilities:
