Description:
Yieldstreet’s Art Finance team is looking for a Junior Operations Analyst to join us in New York to play a pivotal support position within one of our fasting growing asset classes. This person will work closely with the Head of Art Finance as well as the supporting team on key deliverables across the lifecycle of an Asset within our Art finance portfolio, including helping with supporting documentation and actions needed at the origination, due diligence, structuring, approval, execution and post close stages.
This role is a great fit for someone who has an understanding of and a passion for the Asset management lifecycle and is looking to play a part in one of the fastest growing asset classes in Private Markets. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with financial processes, audits, and compliance is a plus
- Proficiency in reconciling data and resolving issues across platforms
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment and administratively assist superiors

Responsibilities:
Leverage Provider Documentation: Prepare and provide monthly and ad-hoc documentation to comply with leverage provider requirements.
Fundings and Paydowns: Efficiently facilitate and process new fundings and paydowns.
Audit Support: Organize and deliver necessary documentation to support accurate and timely audit processes.
Platform Distributions: Manage monthly interest and principal distributions.
Reconciliation: Identify, address, and resolve platform reconciliation issues to ensure data accuracy.
Invoice Management: Prepare and issue interest invoices to borrowers on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Third-Party Payments: Ensure timely payment of third-party invoices.
Covenant Monitoring: Oversee borrower covenants to ensure compliance.
Record Keeping: Maintain precise and up-to-date records across multiple systems.
Assistant: Assist the CEO of Art Finance on administrative tasks and data entry tasks
