Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and document business processes and procedures, focusing on user experiences and opportunities for improvements.
- Conduct research to understand stakeholder perspectives, assess needs and define requirements for change.
- Work closely with senior leaders and field specialists to develop innovative solutions that enhance and optimize business processes.
- Contribute to solution selection, design, implementation and maintenance of ongoing improvement efforts to streamline.
- Participate in creating and communicating test cases.
- Develop project plans and support projects to successful completion.
- Create and maintain process documents (operating procedure guides for example).
- Ensure excellent communication and change management in deploying enhancements and new features through collaboration with internal teams.
