The Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and assisting in improving operational processes within the manufacturing and supply chain teams to optimize performance, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with a keen interest in manufacturing processes, particularly within high-performance textile production.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an operations or data analysis role, preferably within the textile, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Work closely with the production, supply chain, and quality control teams to develop strategies that enhance operational performance.
  • Develop and maintain reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track productivity, inventory levels, production efficiency, and supply chain metrics.
  • Assist in the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement across the business.
