Jouw rol
As a team member within the Fiduciary Administration team, which consists of nine dedicated and friendly colleagues, you will be jointly responsible for the investment and financial administration at the client portfolio level. This includes handling various discretionary mandates and PGGM funds across public and private markets. Your contributions will be key in areas such as managing the transfer agent function, maintaining financial administration, and executing and reporting monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks. In addition to these responsibilities, you will play an active role in the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of the new Fiduciary Monitoring process.
Your work will be critical to our value chain partners, enabling them to make investment decisions, prepare reports, and conduct analyses. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal teams such as portfolio managers and risk managers, while acting as a key contact for external partners like custodians, external managers, and auditors. This close collaboration is essential for achieving your team’s objectives.
Given the growing complexity of the external environment and PGGM’s high ambition to drive change, you will be regularly involved in implementing new processes, adjusting current operations, and further automating existing workflows.
Jouw afdeling binnen PGGM
The Administration department is part of the Operations unit within PGGM’s Asset Management Business Unit. The department oversees the administration of all PGGM clients’ investments and funds. It is divided into four teams, three of which focus on asset management administration across different mandates, while the Fiduciary Administration team manages client portfolios, discretionary mandates, and PGGM funds. Collaboration between teams is crucial, and the department currently consists of approximately 50 enthusiastic professionals.
The Fiduciary Administration team is a diverse and inclusive group, with a balanced mix of men and women from various backgrounds. Working in Administration means being involved in multiple aspects of the investment chain and engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. We are actively preparing our business processes to be future-ready in the dynamic pension sector. Our goal is to remain agile and adaptable in an increasingly complex environment.
