Description:
Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to join our client.
Contract Dates: 12 months with potential extend or convert
Pay Rate: $27.10 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Remote) Open to candidates located in Ontario
Job Responsibilities:
- Process requests received through Salesforce or other means, while communicating directly with other internal partners, advisors, or our back-office provider; ensuring daily service levels are met with internal and external partners
- Follow-up on issues; investigate and/or escalate complex cases as needed
- Performing quality control
- Participates in special projects/assignments; perform other duties as required
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the financial services industry
- Required to complete any training/courses required by Manulife
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office
- Nice to have Experience with Dataphile or Salesforce
- Successful completion of IFIC Operations Course is an asset
