Position: Operations Analyst
Location: Remote, D.C/Maryland/Virginia
Work Environment: Remote
Clearance Required: NACI
Status: Contingent Upon Award
Knowesis, a dynamic and forward-thinking company, is currently seeking an exceptional Operations Analyst to join our team and provide invaluable support to the Army’s Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness (DPRR).
To be eligible for this position, candidates must undergo a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Tier 1 background investigation and possess U.S. Citizenship without the need for sponsorship, both now and in the future. Applicants without proof of U.S. Citizenship will not be considered due to the position’s security requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least five years’ experience working with the military as a military member, civilian, or contractor.
  • Familiarization and experience with Microsoft Power BI and the ability to do data refreshes
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
  • Organized and experienced multi-tasker.
  • Military Veterans and Spouses encouraged.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics, management or a related field from an accredited institution

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and process supply/equipment requisitioning, supply/equipment inventory management.
  • Coordinate travel authorization and expense report processing.
  • Conducts scheduling, prepares facility status reports and manages resources in an effective and cost-efficient manner.
  • Forecast required resources, to include financial, personnel, and logistical considerations for R2PC and DPRR HQ support.
  • Develops and coordinates staff action packets requesting resources on an as needed basis.
  • Provides professional customer service by determining client needs and solving problems.
  • Performs other responsibilities as required and supports contract work performance requirements.
