OPERATIONS ANALYST – MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING – EMEA OPERATIONS - LONDON

Our dedicated EMEA Operations team provides data-driven assistance to support business objectives and improve financial performance within a fast-paced, highly challenging environment.
Due to considerable growth in the Corporate Transformation business (CTS), the Operations team are now looking for an Operations Analyst to be based in London. The primary focus of the role is to support the operations lead by continuing to develop and deliver processes and analysis to ensure robust reporting and information needs across the division. The ideal candidate will be someone analytical, proactive, and willing to embrace the muddy-boots ethos to get things done.
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing solutions that connect to a variety of data sources, ensuring data is cleansed, mapped, and transformed to meet requirements for the business
- Being responsible for the development of conceptual, logical, and physical data models that are both robust and scalable, often at short notice
- Working closely with the Data Analytics team in building new reports and improving on others in PowerBI for use in the business and the wider ecosystem
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant analytical work experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
- Experience building and maintaining datasets
- Strong working understanding of financial data and model building with previous experience of report building in PowerBI
- Experience in advanced excel, able to summarise and present financial data
- Experience in utilising data to solve business/financial problems
- Entrepreneurial spirit and not be afraid to challenge the status-quo
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
