Operations Analyst

We will rely on you to:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Identify trends, patterns and anomalies in operational data, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies and procedures to optimize business operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations and best practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of operational budgets, forecasts and financial analyses.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology and automation tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in operational analysis whilst recommending innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience as an Operational Analyst or in a similar role within a large corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of operational best practices, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma), and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to operational processes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
