EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Two years of related experience in analyzing and preparing data.
  • Technical and professional principles, practices, laws, applications and programs in position related area.
  • Current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
  • Computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite of applications and using data to inform and set priorities and identify challenges/opportunities.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Under general direction, continually improves customer service by monitoring and tracking performance quality for all internal operations and field operations teams. This position identifies key areas that need improvement and works to develop systematic responses.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Continually improves customer service by monitoring and tracking performance quality for all internal operations and field operations teams.
  • Identifies key areas that need improvement and works to develop systematic responses.
  • Prepares PowerPoint management presentations on a weekly basis based on system data and operational metrics.
  • Works with various departments to identify and develop new metrics for tracking performance quality.
  • Collects, formats and analyzes data in Excel from various electronic sources and departments.
  • Monitors performance quality of internal operations; call center, and other departments.
  • Prepares agenda and run weekly quality of service review meetings.
  • Works collaboratively to develop new processes and solutions to ongoing, systemic issues.
  • Manages various projects as needed including Excel support and training, research and data projects and carbon footprint calculations.
  • Prepares monthly city and county contract reports, as needed.
  • May represent Company in the business community to maintain good will and understanding of Company’s resource recovery practices.
