Our client is a leading global financial services firm, providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services. They are currently seeking an Operations Analyst to join their vibrant multinational team based in Glasgow. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an Operations Analyst, your role will be pivotal in maintaining operational integrity across various departments. You will facilitate the storage of policies and procedures on firm systems, perform approved exclusion reviews, manage authorised signatory lists, develop strong relationships across divisions, assist with course releases in line with global requirements, and review operations policies. Your ability to navigate complex operational processes while fostering interdepartmental collaboration will be key to your success.

• Facilitate the storage of the Operations Policies & Procedures on Firm systems
• Perform the Approved Exclusion Reviews and prepare reporting for Senior Management
• Perform the required reviews of all Authorised Signatory Lists for Operations and work with Operations and the Company Secretaries to update the lists, as required
• Create new Authorised Signatory Lists for Operations, where required, and work with Operations and the Company Secretaries to obtain approval for the new lists
• Obtain certified copies of Operations Authorised Signatory Lists, as required and send to the appropriate groups within Operations
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with divisions throughout the organisation, including Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, Company Secretaries, Finance, and the wider team
• Assist with releasing courses to Operations in line with global requirements
• Perform the review and approval of Operations Policies and Procedures in line with Operations Policy
