Description:

The OS will assist in, and occasionally lead, projects related to service enhancements, operational efficiencies, and system improvements within Salesforce. This includes assisting in cross departmental work with members of the Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Fulfillment, Customer Service, Registered Agent, and IT teams to ensure that the company has the necessary CRM tools to accomplish company goals.

Essential Duties

  • Work in collaboration with and assist the Salesforce Administrator to deliver technical solutions that leverage our existing business workflows and Salesforce functionality.
  • Resolve existing Salesforce requests by implementing a proof-of-concept solution in the QA environment using Salesforce capabilities.
  • Take ownership of new tickets as they enter the queue.
  • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
  • Create new reports and respond to ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Design, create and maintain new fields and declarative automation.
  • Data entry projects, including building Quotes in CPQ
  • Grant/remove and maintain user licenses.
  • Produce supporting documentation when needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  • Experience in declarative development, such as workflow rules, process builder, flow builder.

Preferred skills

  • Salesforce CPQ experience (configure price quote)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills. Works well independently.
  • Ability to multi-task.

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, Hi, NY, WA: $74,550-$103,200
