OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Operations Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting to the Inventory & Purchasing Manager, this role is critical in ensuring robust data governance, preparing pricing updates, inventory and vendor performance analysis, and reporting while also providing system support. The ideal candidate will provide accurate and actionable insights, maintain data integrity within our ERP system, and directly address issues or coordinate with the ERP support team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Inventory Management
  • Strong data analysis and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, VBA-macros) for process automation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP).
  • Basic knowledge and exposure to predictive analytics, forecasting, and AI tools (e.g., Python, R, or advanced Excel techniques).
  • Availability to work in-office 3 days/week

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management & Reporting:

  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports to ensure stock levels align with operational goals.
  • Monitor and identify inventory trends, including slow-moving or excess stock.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records in the ERP system.

Procurement Support:

  • Generate and analyze procurement reports (e.g., purchase order performance and cost analysis).
  • Update item costs and pricing within the system accurately and timely. Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying procurement inefficiencies and recommending improvements.

Vendor Relationship Analysis:

  • Perform vendor performance evaluations based on key metrics (e.g., lead time, quality, cost).
  • Support vendor management activities, including contract analysis and relationship tracking.
  • Provide insights to enhance vendor partnerships and mitigate supply chain risks.

System Support & Data Integrity:

  • Manage the organization’s data catalog, ensuring data is documented and accessible.
  • Ensure vendor cost and sell price updates align with our system units of measure, reorder and sales multiples.
  • Maintain accurate item master data within ERP.
  • Investigate and identify potential system glitches, providing solutions or escalating issues to ERP support for resolution.
