Job Title: Operations Analyst
Location: London/Hybrid (Typically 2/3 days in the office)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience within the London Market, preferably within Underwriting (UW), Claims, or an Operational environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to understand and manipulate data using pivots, lookups, and formulae, as well as calculating ratings, commissions, and other metrics.
- Excellent communication and language skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The role encompasses responsibilities across Run-Off of Engineering, NAP, Marine businesses, and Underwriting Management functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Managing and overseeing various data flows to ensure the seamless operation of the business as a Coverholder.
- Preparing and verifying data and files for Budget Management, Quarterly Statistical Reviews, Product Governance, and associated compliance obligations.
- Conducting Peer Reviews to maintain high standards and accuracy in deliverables.
- Ensuring that meetings are accurately minuted and documented.
- Facilitating the smooth execution of Coverholder audits.
This position requires strong attention to detail, a methodical approach to data management, and a commitment to ensuring operational excellence.
