The Operations Analyst will support the processing of all customer activity for the Broker Dealer and Clearing Firms that partner with interLINK including deposit and withdrawal activity and rate updates. In addition, the Analyst will support the reconcilement of all Insured Depository Institutions end of day bank balances and help maintain up to date contacts for each of the Depository Banks interLINK works with.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain in depth understanding of the interLINK system. This is the system utilized by all interLINK employees and supports the daily operations for the interLINK product.
Support the daily operational processing for all interLINK source institutions (Broker Dealers/FinTechs/Clearing Firms). Ensure that all deposit or withdrawal activity is settled on a same day basis.
Daily reconciliation of all Depository Bank balances for the previous business day - comparison between interLINK balance and those recorded by bank. Any discrepancies will be investigated and resolved expeditiously.
Broker Dealer Rate Update - Program gross rate and customer rate updates required on as needed basis. Inputs made into the interLINK system and communicated to BD clients.
Bank onboarding administrative support - Support the addition of new depository banks by inputting data elements into the interLINK system, tracking status updates and sharing internally.
Monthly fee reconcilement - reconcile interLINK and BD fees. Compare to fees received from depository institutions. Troubleshoot any discrepancies.
Quarterly Bank Contact maintenance - update bank contact list. Ensure all operational contacts are still appropriate contacts.
Support other interLINK team members as needed.
Qualifications
Four-year undergraduate degree
Excellent detail-oriented skills with an eye towards process improvement
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
Good individual and team performer
The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 USD to $65,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
