Our Firmwide Corporate Service unit helps build our competitive advantage by providing support to all lines of businesses, spanning Administration, Business Development, Finance, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Legal, Marketing & Communications and Technology. Our specialists in each function bring together a diverse set of skill-sets and expertise to best service their internal clients.
The Operations and Change Management (OCM) team supports all Firmwide Corporate Service departments to improve the quality of the service by streamlining and automating connected processes as well as supporting the implementation of best in class business applications such as Workday, G Suite, Salesforce, etc. The OCM team operationalises the data strategy for the Information Solutions Board.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the business and user needs and translate them into communication materials
  • Assist to create internal communication materials to engage with users such as presentations, infographics, intranet sites/pages etc.
  • Assist to create support materials to drive change adoption in (E.g. user guide, training materials, FAQs etc.)
  • Learn on different techniques to gather user feedbacks to better understand their needs and adjust on proposed communication plan
  • Learn to liaise and manage stakeholders from various departments and functional teams
