ABOUT THE ROLE

At Techstars London, we’re on a mission to empower visionary founders building AI-native startups that are transforming industries and solving global challenges. From climate tech breakthroughs to FinTech disruptors, our accelerator is the launchpad for some of the world’s most exciting early-stage companies.
As an Operations Associate, you’ll be at the heart of this journey, helping us deliver a world-class program for 24 high-growth startups. This role is all about rolling up your sleeves, learning as you go, and being a key player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Whether you’re organizing impactful workshops, helping founders refine their pitches, or planning Demo Day, your work will directly contribute to the success of startups at the cutting edge of AI and innovation.
No previous expertise in startups, AI, or operations is needed – just a willingness to learn, take initiative, and embrace the adventure. Many of our associates go on to land exciting roles at startups, step into venture capital, or even launch their own companies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support the Program: Help founders make the most of the 13-week accelerator by assisting with everything from scheduling and logistics to workshops and events.
  • Get Hands-On with Founders: Work closely with startup teams, supporting their journey as they build and grow their businesses.
  • Learn on the Job: Dive into the world of startups and artificial intelligence, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technology and innovative business models.
  • Plan Incredible Events: Help organize everything from mentoring sessions to the flagship Demo Day, where startups pitch to top investors.
  • Build Relationships: Connect with founders, mentors, investors, and the wider startup ecosystem, building a network that will supercharge your career.
  • Solve Problems Creatively: Step into a variety of tasks, adapting quickly and figuring things out as you go.
