POSITION OVERVIEW

The position’s primary focus is to work with and support the CEO ensuring that the company’s objectives, projects, and commitments are executed. Additionally, having a pulse on clients’ needs to feed back into innovation and improvements to make our tech and client experience second to none. This role also involves spearheading marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
You’re detail-oriented, organised, nimble and have no problem juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities while working autonomously and independently. At the same time, you recognise important tasks and can prioritise what needs to be done first. Supporting others is your thing. You just get on with taking care of the little things and the big things.

This role has flexible WFH opportunities but will require time in the London office or seeing clients in London occasionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our clients and improve client retention
  • Be the friendly, helpful voice in our inbox responding to client queries
  • Making clients feel supported, heard and appreciated as valued customers
  • Always be on the lookout for ways we can improve the client experience
  • Account managing corporate accounts and liaising with senior people
