Position: Operations and Sales Support Specialist
Location: Helsinki (Finland)
Working hours per week: Fulltime 37,5 hours per week

What will you do as an Operations and Sales Support Specialist?
You will support the small sales and operations team by partially monitoring maintenance and cleaning on site and partially supporting the sales & operations team at the head office in Helsinki.

You can expect these tasks and responsibilities:

  • Creating new suppliers’ and tenants’ agreements in the system;
  • Liaising with suppliers and residents;
  • Resident key management;
  • Supporting the sales team in the administrative area, by develop solutions to problems for our clients (building owners);
  • Support the backoffice team with marketing activities;
  • Conduct viewings and inspections of Monoma spaces in collaboration with our technical property manager;
  • Document relevant processes in the system.

You will be part of a young and dynamic team environment and report directly to Ville, our Country manager. To do your job well, you will be well supported by the team, as well as by the colleagues at the head office in the Netherlands. Flat hierarchies and the opportunity to work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks are a matter of course for us.

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND COMPETENCES:

  • At least 2 years in a similar job position;
  • It is essential that you are capable to perform the job independently;
  • A hospitality, hotel management or property management background is a plus;
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills (communication, active listening);
  • Ability to work digitally and have a good command of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and verbal;
  • Willing to travel within the area of Helsinki (sites are easily accessible by public transport)
  • Available to start from November 2024.
