Abergeldie is a locally owned contractor with 30 years’ industry experience in Australia and New Zealand. We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors.
Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.
Responsibilities:
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Operations Assistant / Executive Assistant to join our team to support our Program Director.
Day to day you will be responsible for;
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to our Program Director and Joint Venture Executive Team (including inbox, diary and travel management).
- The preparation and coordination of board meetings and board reports.
- The preparation and coordination of communications, reports and presentations.
- Supporting the Project Team where required (i.e. gathering information for bids and providing general assistance)
- The coordination of company events.
This role will be based full-time on the Dingley project site. We are also in the process of sourcing a program office which will be in or around the Noble Park area.
