About the job:
The main purpose of the job is to prepare daily schedules and optimize routing for efficiency. Key responsibilities include assigning vehicles and drivers, coordinating with the call center, managing logistics, ensuring timely service delivery, and monitoring driver performance. The role also involves collaborating with the Fleet department for vehicle management and assisting HR with performance feedback.
In Operations, you will be a key member of our office team, ensuring bookings are filled and passengers are transported safely and on time. You may also assist call center or HR staff as needed.
You must thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, meeting deadlines and being prepared to stay until tasks are completed. It’s essential to remain well-rested and focused, displaying professionalism and maintaining positive relationships with driving, airport, and office staff.
Your role involves managing drivers, requiring strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, assertiveness, and confidence.
We utilize various back-office systems and IT solutions, and comprehensive training will be provided. You will handle confidential company information, which must remain undisclosed and securely stored, even after your employment ends.
Main purpose of Job:
