Description:
We are looking for a Part-Time Operations Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the team. This position is ideal for someone who excels at process management, enjoys working independently, and is comfortable with limited direct interaction, primarily through Slack and Loom videos.

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience working in the US market
- Go High Level Software
- Minimum 3 years of experience in as an operations assistant or related positions
NICE-TO-HAVE EXPERIENCE:
- Slack, Google Suite, Social Media Accounts
- Trello/Asana
- Dropbox
- Loom
MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
- C1 level of English both written and verbal
- Strong ability to self-document processes and drive process improvements.
- Independent worker, comfortable with minimal supervision.
- Effective communicator with proficiency in using Slack and Loom for daily interactions.
Responsibilities:
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setting & Documenting Processes: Develop, document, and maintain operational processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Follow-Up: Ensure tasks and projects are progressing as planned by following up with relevant team members and stakeholders.
- Onboarding New Clients: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary steps are completed smoothly.
- Calendar Booking: Manage and coordinate calendar bookings for meetings, appointments, and events.
- Email & Calendar Management: Oversee and manage email and calendar activities to ensure timely responses and proper scheduling.LinkedIn Outreach: Conduct outreach on LinkedIn to support networking and business development efforts.
