Eolas International Ltd is a successful global market, consumer and sensory research company with our head-office in Cork. We employ over 50 people in Ireland and have an international team of researchers in over 120 countries.
We have significant experience within the food, drink, personal and home-care industries listing some of the largest FMCG companies as our clients.
We support our global customers toImprove their Consumers’ Quality Experience across all consumer relevant steps of the supply chain.
We do this via
· Retail Trade Sampling- Our vast researcher network in over 120 countries conduct 1,000’s of retail audits every year based on client standards. Our researchers can also purchase products from any market – and ship to our clients for further evaluation or to Eolas laboratories for analytical testing.
· Consumer Quality Experience – Our Consumer Insights Team recruit and engage real consumers all over the world to understand their expectations, experiences and interaction with our client & competitor
· Within our LabSens division our Analytical, Sensory & Proficiency Services work closely with our clients Quality and Technical personnel. We are the largest independent provider of Sensory services in Ireland,
We work with some of Irelands leading Food & Beverage manufacturers as well as many multinational clients.
We are currently recruiting for a full time Operations Assistant to join our expanding and progressive team located in Little Island
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Managing the shipping and receipt of samples to meet weekly and monthly deadlines.
· Unpacking and checking deliveries including promptly flagging any potential issues.
· Data entry into a computer application with high levels of accuracy and productivity
· Proactive and clear client communication is an essential aspect of this role.
· Adhering to daily, weekly and monthly schedules and deadlines.
· Project work on a regular and ad-hoc basis
· General warehouse work including: accepting deliveries, stock management, record keeping and maintaining good housekeeping standards.
· An attention to detail is critical as is the willingness to follow, review and develop SOPs.
· Project work
Working hours are from 7.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday however it is important to note that flexibility around these core hours will be required on occasions to support the needs of the business.
The successful candidate must:

· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capability of building good relations with our clients.
· Be a professional individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to follow through on all tasks assigned.

· Be Friendly, reliable and thorough
· Have proven organisational skills and ability to prioritise are essential.
