ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE

Candidates will have prior experience in an Admin role preferably with experience in Port operations or logistics. Candidates will also display:

  • High level customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordination of events and training
  • Timely delivery of project work
  • SAP and MS Office experience

Progressed candidates will be required to provide proof of working rights and suitable professional referees.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

GrainCorp is seeking an Operations Assistant, on a fixed term contract, to provide full administrative support to the Ports Operations Manager and wider Ports Operations Leadership team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and monitor systems supporting Ports Operations including purchasing, SAP, PeopleHub Learning, GrainTransact
  • Distribute key information to both internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Coordinate training for all Ports requirements and maintain records as required
  • Responsible for resolving supplier and billing queries
  • Travel and event management

Candidates will have prior experience in an Admin role preferably with experience in Port operations or logistics. Candidates will also display:
