ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE
Candidates will have prior experience in an Admin role preferably with experience in Port operations or logistics. Candidates will also display:
- High level customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordination of events and training
- Timely delivery of project work
- SAP and MS Office experience
Progressed candidates will be required to provide proof of working rights and suitable professional referees.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
GrainCorp is seeking an Operations Assistant, on a fixed term contract, to provide full administrative support to the Ports Operations Manager and wider Ports Operations Leadership team. Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and monitor systems supporting Ports Operations including purchasing, SAP, PeopleHub Learning, GrainTransact
- Distribute key information to both internal and external stakeholders as required
- Coordinate training for all Ports requirements and maintain records as required
- Responsible for resolving supplier and billing queries
- Travel and event management
