JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be working as a crucial part of our Admin team in the office. You excel at providing reliable, efficient support to managers, employees and vendors. The team counts on you for prompt assistance and your can do attitude to ensure office activities and operations are running smoothly. Your positivity and creativity make you a perfect fit to help plan company events and projects. Your passion for learning new things and for professional and personal growth means that you are increasing your value to this fun, high energy team. Your main responsibilities will be general processes, making sure the fleet vehicles are maintained, ensure the recruiting team is hitting goals and bringing on A players, and managing the IT devices and various programs RMR uses.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient with use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Must be able to read and write fluently in English.
  • Strong organizational, oral and written communication and proven customer service skills required.
  • Strong computer literacy required.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Polite and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.Clean MVR is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Own IT//Device Management (Verizon, laptops, desktops, and all platform logins)
  • Own ATS (Recruiting) and Onboarding to create great new hire experience
  • Own Fleet, handling fleet maintenance with vendors, key check in/out, along with GPS
  • Ensure the protection of and enable the most effective use of the managers time
  • Own employee appreciation programs and ensure employees feel valued and appreciated
  • Aid in improving office systems and procedures to produce outcomes while maintaining RMR Culture
  • Drive - Employee Engagement (company events, breakroom supplies, birthday/work anniversaries)
  • Keymaster – responsible for all business keys and logins
  • Assist the managers with any special projects
  • Drive breakroom & office supply inventory and ordering
  • Plan and execute company eventsProvide support to Leadership Team, as needed

  • Compensation for Full-time Employees:
    Job Types: Full-time
    Salary: $65-$70k
    Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
    Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, PTO and Paid Holiday
