  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software such as SharePoint, MS Teams, ClickUp, and HubSpot.

Maven Collective Marketing, the multi-award-winning digital media agency in Squamish, BC, is on the lookout for a highly organized individual to join us as an Office Manager. In this role, you will be a crucial support to our team and operations, contributing to the dynamic world of digital marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Calendar Mastery: Skillfully manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Writing Expertise: Exhibit strong writing skills, assisting in content creation for various platforms, including social media.
  • Document Artistry: Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, presentations, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Analytical Prowess: Assist in preparing reports, analyzing data, and conducting research to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Communication Hub: Act as a primary point of contact between executives, team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Stewardship: Provide essential administrative support, including filing, record-keeping, and managing office supplies.
  • Personal Touch: Assist with personal tasks such as reservations, coordinating personal appointments, and managing personal calendars.
  • Project Collaboration: Contribute to special projects and other tasks as assigned by the executive team.
  • Confidentiality Guardian: Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
