Maven Collective Marketing, the multi-award-winning digital media agency in Squamish, BC, is on the lookout for a highly organized individual to join us as an Office Manager. In this role, you will be a crucial support to our team and operations, contributing to the dynamic world of digital marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calendar Mastery: Skillfully manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Writing Expertise: Exhibit strong writing skills, assisting in content creation for various platforms, including social media.
- Document Artistry: Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, presentations, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Analytical Prowess: Assist in preparing reports, analyzing data, and conducting research to inform strategic decision-making.
- Communication Hub: Act as a primary point of contact between executives, team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Administrative Stewardship: Provide essential administrative support, including filing, record-keeping, and managing office supplies.
- Personal Touch: Assist with personal tasks such as reservations, coordinating personal appointments, and managing personal calendars.
- Project Collaboration: Contribute to special projects and other tasks as assigned by the executive team.
- Confidentiality Guardian: Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
