Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Act as a liaison between different teams, including product, engineering, customer success, and finance, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in managing day-to-day operations, including task delegation, project management, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Coordinate projects and initiatives, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases to support business operations.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Assist with special projects, such as company events, team-building activities, and other initiatives as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the operations team and the company as a whole.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably in a fintech or startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets etc.) and Microsoft Office.
  • Bias for action - ability to move quickly while taking time out to review the details
  • Clear communicator - Ability to synthesise and clearly articulate complex information, highlighting key takeaways and actionable insights
  • Team player - Working mostly autonomously, yet being a team player keeping your crews looped-in
