JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS

This is a full-time role for an Operations Assistant located in Lagos. The Operations Assistant will report directly to the Operations Manager and CEO, supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the company. This includes overseeing orders, supporting inventory management, and assisting in project management across the team. The ideal candidate is agile, proactive, quick on their feet with a fast turnaround, eager to learn, and flexible in handling various tasks within the business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Experience in order management, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly recognize, diagnose, and resolve workflow challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate points of view and improve processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with a fast turnaround and attention to detail.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Eagerness to learn and flexibility in handling a variety of tasks as needed.Must be able to commute to the Lagos office regularly.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment.
  • Support inventory management, including tracking stock levels, managing restocks, and maintaining inventory integrity.
  • Assist in project managing the team, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Provide support in the setup and continuous management of wholesale accounts, ensuring compliance with vendor guidelines.
  • Maintain and update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, tagging, and collection management.
  • Implement and monitor continuous improvement processes within the operations team.
  • Provide feedback to the Operations Manager and CEO to enhance operational efficiency and team performance.Support the enforcement of safety guidelines, cleanliness, and security standards.
