Responsibilities:

Our product, launched just 2 months ago, is already available to end consumers and is experiencing a steady growth in user numbers. We handle our own operations in-house and are looking for team operations assistant to support the operations team.

Processing claims and user communication: Responsible for systematically processing incoming reimbursement claims and supporting the team in effectively communicating with users

  • Development of a claim tracking system: Design and implement an innovative and user-friendly system for tracking and managing reimbursement claims, providing enhanced transparency and traceability.
  • Optimization of processing procedures: Analyze and continuously improve existing processes for handling reimbursement claims to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
