Operations Associate (Corporate Services)

IT OPS (60%)

• Provide IT onsite/remote support to all users when necessary. Liaise with vendors for support.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve IT hardware/software-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Assist in the procurement and issuance of IT equipment / software / licenses.
• Maintain routine housekeeping and asset inventory of all IT equipment, software, and other applications.
• Assist to maintain IT-related documents, including IT maintenance contracts and the organisation’s IT policies and procedures.
• Participate and support the organisation’s digitalization and cybersecurity projects.
• Provide induction for new joiners on IT related matters.
• Any other IT related duties assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in both IT and Facility management.
• Good experience with Windows, Office 365 applications and Windows networking
• Knowledge in Power Apps and Power BI is an added advantage.
• Passionate about leveraging technologies to help in improving the organization’s efficiencies and productivity
