Our Commercial & Industrial division designs, fabricates and constructs structural steelwork for a variety of different sectors including commercial offices, stadia & leisure, industrial & distribution, data centres, retail and health and education.
The division has manufacturing sites in three locations: Dalton, Lostock, and Enniskillen. Each has full-service capabilities and modern manufacturing processes enabling us to provide a high-quality product to a variety of different sectors. Each of our sites has its own strong reputation in the market and between them cover a wider geographical area, including Europe. They continue to set the bar high in their highly complex market!
Vacancy Details
In the Operations Associate Director position your role will be to effectively manage the team to ensure all required resources are in place to successfully complete projects and employed to the satisfaction of the customer.
Considering all business objectives to deliver projects safely, efficiently within budget and to schedule, always within contractual obligations, company procedures, good practice and statutory obligations. You will manage relationships with clients and internal departments and you will sit as a member of the Board of Directors and will participate in operational strategic discussions & growth planning.
You will need at least 10 years industry related experience managing both project management and construction teams, with structural steel portal frame experience. Preferably you will have a degree qualification in either Project Management or Construction background.
