• Drive business operations and steering activities in the Operations Team for SAP’s Data & Analytics software development organizations.
• Prepare business & financial analysis and management reports to steer business KPIs, e.g., TCO.
• Create analytical applications and dashboards for our team and business stakeholders.
• Prepare, plan, and manage data analytics and steering projects in collaboration with experts in our team and with other teams.
• Support our organization as the interface between business and technology.
• Support strategic projects and initiatives based on business priorities.
• Drive operational excellence and efficiency through process improvements and streamlined operations.
• Communicate with stakeholders and leadership to provide insights and recommendations for business optimization.
• Implement methodologies for monitoring and evaluating business performance and develop action plans for improvement.
