Responsibilities:
- The Operations Associate will manage and optimize our supply chain, and purchasing activities.
- Work closely with our Third Party Logistics partner to ensure product receiving, order kitting, and inventory are accurate and on time.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting to support the Operations Team.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors, track shipments, and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of batch costs using FIFO (First-In, First-Out).
- Work with the Feals team to ensure alignment of forecasts with all departments; primarily Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience.
- Ensure compliance with CBD industry regulations and quality control standards
- Ensure a high degree of data quality and reporting accuracy, including implementing standards, and processes such as dashboard data validation.
- Identify and support supply chain process improvement and optimization projects.
- To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record with no traffic violations and have access to a legal vehicle.
- Frequent/occasional requirement to lift/move weight/boxes up to x(50) pounds.
