As the Operations Associate for Fleet Compliance, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our delivery network and ensuring the safety and well-being of our couriers.You will ensure that our fleet partners comply with all relevant regulations and internal policies.If you want to develop your career in compliance, operations, or business within a dynamic and growing company, then this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with fleet companies to ensure smooth communication and information flow.
  • Work closely with the local operations and business development teams to align on compliance strategies.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with fleet partners to discuss compliance matters.
  • Gather and organize documentation required for compliance audits.
  • Conduct audits of fleet partners to assess their compliance with regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting audit findings, including any instances of non-compliance.
  • Work with management to implement recommended changes and enhance compliance processes.
  • Contribute to developing and updating compliance guidelines, workshops, and training materials.
  • Assist in expanding the compliance program to verify delivery guidelines and practices.
  • Prepare regular reports on compliance activities, key performance indicators, and audit findings for management.
  • Supporting onboarding activities for the couriers.
