Description:
OVERVIEW
Dasuni is a 20-year-old Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) with operations in both the UK and US. While well-established in the UK, we are actively expanding our US operations from our Phoenix office.
To support this growth, we are looking for a highly organized, detail-focused team member to assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and business operations. Initially, you will work directly with the Phoenix-based CEO, gaining insight into the business and helping establish efficient processes as we scale in the US.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in QuickBooks and comfortable with financial record-keeping.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Experience with bank reconciliations, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Basic understanding of accounts payable and receivable.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping & Financial Management
- Maintain and update QuickBooks (US version).
- Reconcile bank accounts, track expenses, and generate invoices.
- Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and well-organized.
- Assist with business filings and tax-related tasks (Arizona & California).
- Prepare and review financial data for reporting purposes.
