The Operations Business Analyst will play a key role in providing continuity throughout the Professional
Services team by consulting with Regional Operations Leaders, project team and process owners to
proactively identify, develop, and support key knowledge and collaboration strategies, process
documentation, and knowledge deliverables in support of critical operational initiatives.
This role reports to the Global Head of Strategy and Operations. The role has primary accountability for
the operations standards of the global Professional Services (PS) organization and provides business
analysis and operations support to strategy through multiple layers of managers or stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • The main deliverables as an Operations Business Analyst will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Manage day-to-day function, processes, and central documentation to maintain operational
  • consistency and alignment across business units
  • Ensure consistency of project data in a project management system
  • Review the setup and billing for new projects, and work with finance and PS teams to resolve
  • billing issues
  • Manage end to end a subset of PS subcontracting ensuring subcontracted work is covered by a
  • purchase order, maintain system data, and own resolution of invoice discrepancies
  • Serve as a resource to end users for all inquiries related to PS business tools, documentation and
  • process
  • Assist field and multiple levels of management with organizing and reporting on business KPI’s
  • and regional project portfolios
  • Maintain & report on business, resourcing, and financial data, including spreadsheets heavily
  • driven by complex formulas
  • Administer engagement delivery tools & processes
  • Facilitate end-user training of tools & processes
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain process documentation for roll-out and adoption of knowledge
  • sharing tool solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to develop processes
  • Identifying opportunities for improvements to existing processes, and managing those through to
  • completion
  • Maintain constant interaction with leaders and colleagues

Required Skills:

  • Experience in business analysis, operations or equivalent position. Professional Services
  • experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience in operations function, ideally in a software vendor environment is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter with good organizational, decision-making, presentation, verbal & written
  • communication skills
  • Ability to learn on the job quickly and work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all
  • management levels
  • Fluent in English is a must for working with global business teams
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Strong planning and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Analyzes information, asks questions, and checks for understanding using learned techniques
  • and applying creativity in new situations
  • Ability to comfortably operate in ambiguity

Experience with the following applications/tools is a significant plus and strongly desired:
o NetSuite OpenAir or other PSA software
o NetSuite ERP
o Salesforce
o BI reporting tools / Google Looker Studio
o Microsoft Excel
