Description:

This role is only open to applicants that currently work within an NHS Trust within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (HIOW ICS).
The post holder must ensure the provision of high quality patient care by efficiently deploying Duty Managers and Site Coordinators in each Operations Centre by writing, communicating and updating Rotas.
This will involve close liaison with Duty Managers, Site Coordinators and Operations Centre SMT.
It will be necessary to have a daily overview of the activities of all operations centre staff and anticipate problems and autonomously resolve situations expediently.
The post holder will support the SMT with all administration tasks including diary management, data collection and validation, governance tasks and stakeholder communications.
The post will be based at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital but with the expectation to be able to work at Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester if required.
To be responsible for the co-ordination of the Operations Centre rotas across the Operations Centre including initial management of Annual Leave, Study Leave, Sick Leave and Special Leave and professional leave.
To work closely with and escalate issues when appropriate to the Operations Centre SMT and suggest solutions to address issues.
To support the setting up of rigorous systems and development of local processes and policies.
Monitor compliance and take the necessary action in cases of non-compliance and escalate if appropriate.
Responsible for providing administrative support including diary management, data collection including creation and updates of spreadsheets and action trackers.
Supporting the SMT by collecting validating performance data and drafting reports for performance breaches and monthly performance reviews.
Meeting support including: meeting invites, drafting agendas, attending meeting to produce minutes, follow up on action points and booking venues if needed.
Provide administrative support to staff working in the Incident Command Centre (ICC) during critical or major incidents
Ensure stationery stock levels are maintained appropriately ordering and distributing stock across both sites.
