QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/JOB REQUIREMENTS (ABOUT YOU):

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and prioritize
  • Excellent working knowledge of EXE, IDS, MS EXCEL, & MS WORD
  • Superior PC & Keyboarding Skills
  • Excellent follow-up and interpersonal skills
  • Able to effectively deal with a wide range of issues involving Employees, Customers, Management and Suppliers
  • Strong team membership skills
  • Ability to set priorities and follow through on tasks
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Completion of high school education or equivalent
  • Warehouse work experience an asset
  • High School diploma and clear Criminal Records Check required.

Responsibilities:

ROLE:

Associates in this night-shift position provide clerical support to the Operations department.
Schedule: Sun-Thurs 4:00pm – 12:30am

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Load generate routes and build pallets in SWMS (warehouse management system) for selectors
  • Completing driver load maps and setting up load pallet summary sheets
  • Create pallet moves for forklift operators
  • Create short assignments
  • Upload to IDS system and prepare driver documentation (print invoices, trip reports, weight manifest reports, bills of lading etc.)
  • Distribute invoices to drivers
  • Ensure orders are generated, allocate jobs to selectors, verify routes, audit orders, order couriers, and deal with over the counter customer service
  • Dispatch, monitor and tracks all daily pick-ups
  • Prepare keys and route bags for Drivers
  • Upload Information to STS Units
  • Communicate any changes in distribution and delivery schedules
  • Daily and Weekly reporting as assigned by Operations leadership
  • Administrative vacation coverage for Warehouse/Transportation/Maintenance clerks
  • Other administrative duties as required
