Job Title: Operations Coordinator – Technical Operations
Overview: Activ8 Solar Energies are actively seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our Technical Operations Team by managing the scheduling and coordination of service callouts and survey appointments. REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to support a busy operations team.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting schedules and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/client management software.
- Team-oriented, supporting a seamless experience for clients and colleagues alike.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule service callouts and surveys, managing all aspects of timing, rescheduling, and confirmations for efficient technician availability.
- Provide high-quality client service, confirming appointments and sharing essential information to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Work with field teams to prioritize callouts and surveys based on urgency and location, optimizing schedules for effective resource use.
- Keep accurate records of all appointments and communications in our scheduling system.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines in all client interactions.
