Description:

Vets Central is continuing its mission to become Australia’s leading veterinary partner, and we’re now on the hunt for a Operations Concierge/Administrator, to join our awesome (even if we do say so ourselves!) support office team.
As we continue to grow, there is an opportunity for a proactive and motivated administrator to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager Operations, this newly established position will focus on providing day-to-day administrative support to the relationship managers, ensuring efficient resolution of clinic operational needs. If you are organised, self directed, and possess strong administration skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing clinic support services through a Concierge ticketing system.
  • Providing administrative support.
  • Coordinating Operations Team meetings.
  • Organising clinic Team Leader and Town Hall meetings.

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Preferably have experience in the Veterinary Industry or strong administration experience.
  • Demonstrate exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be proficient with MS Office applications.
  • Approach problem-solving creatively.
  • Excel in building relationships with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Exhibit responsibility, organization, self-direction, and efficiency.
