REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Work Experience:

• 5 years of experience required.
• 10 years of experience preferred.

Develop organizational strategies, manage tactics, and monitor risks to ensure achievement of desired operational outcomes.

• Developsand maintain performance metrics and associated actions to optimize organizational efficiency, increase value delivery, and achieve organizational goals.
• Manage business operations.
• Ensure customer expectations are managed and exceeded.
• Incorporate disparate functions into clear organizational frameworks to manage the organization and drive operational efficiency.
• Conduct ongoing process improvement, gap analysis, and audits to find opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
• Create long-term objectives for the organization and develop and deploy incremental steps to achieve objectives to manage change.
• Incorporate lessons learned into pre-existing organizational framework to drive the organization to become more proactive.
