REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop organizational strategies, manage tactics, and monitor risks to ensure achievement of desired operational outcomes.
- Developsand maintain performance metrics and associated actions to optimize organizational efficiency, increase value delivery, and achieve organizational goals.
- Manage business operations.
- Ensure customer expectations are managed and exceeded.
- Incorporate disparate functions into clear organizational frameworks to manage the organization and drive operational efficiency.
- Conduct ongoing process improvement, gap analysis, and audits to find opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
- Create long-term objectives for the organization and develop and deploy incremental steps to achieve objectives to manage change.
- Incorporate lessons learned into pre-existing organizational framework to drive the organization to become more proactive.
