Description:

Join our dynamic Operations Department as an Operations Controller and play a key role in managing supplier risk and compliance audits for Procurement & Supply Chain. This is your chance to ensure management and control, while guaranteeing compliance with legislative, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Contribute to the strategy by effectively communicating changes in key industry regulations to the Supplier Relationship Manager for implementation in the strategy review/processes. • Conduct due diligence assessments on suppliers to identify potential risks before onboarding.
  • Manage stakeholders to ensure completion of assessment actions and maintain a full audit trail to support decisions.
  • Maintain the Outsourcing Register and ensure incorporation of changes in regulations and frameworks into assessment practices.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop scopes, deliver the assessment schedule, and oversee issue closure.
  • Support wider requirements by providing professional service to ad hoc assessment requests.

Your Profile

About you:

  • Experience in risk/audit/legal.
  • Proficient in building reports and presentations using MS Office tools.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commercial acumen.

Desirable:
• Understanding of FCA regulations. • CIPS qualification.
