We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join out team!

Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience working with data sets
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Support the Operations Specialist with daily tasks and operational activities to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.
- Oversee the organization and centralized storage of all product assets and relevant information, ensuring that all data is systematically tracked and easily accessible.
- Assist with data entry on product platforms as needed, including building and updating product pages and organizing existing product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency across the platform.
- Oversee the Amazon Store Front by gathering and organizing assets (images, copy, and product details), ensuring all listings are accurate and up-to-date; troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product listings to maintain optimal storefront performance.
- Assist with the management of weekly inventory forecasting and purchasing reconciliation.
