Robert Half has partnered with a valued client in their search of an entry level candidate for an open Operations Coordinator position that they have available on their team. Ideal candidates will have 1-2+ years of administrative or customer service and/or office experience and is looking for a past-paced position to work in a team environment.
This is a direct-hire/permanent opportunity with a client of Robert Half.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

AS or BS degree preferred
1+ year of customer service or logistics experience
MS Office and/or CRM proficiency
Comfortable communicating on phone and via email with customers

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers and suppliers on orders
  • Schedule transportation requests from clients
  • Assist with obtaining insurance and insurance renewals for vehicles
  • Negotiate with insurance companies on damage and repair claims
