We are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to be based at our Aberdeen office.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Liaising with logistics colleagues and Warehouse to ensure client requirements are met
  • Ensuring accurate information is provided to our clients regarding their material and shipments
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders

. To ensure all invoicing is accurate and completed in a timely manner
. Moving shipments via all methods of transport – Road, Air, Courier, Ocean ensuring all customs requirements are also met and in place.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Ability to produce and maintain accurate documents
  • Have a good understanding and appreciation of a proactive safety culture
  • Experience using Microsoft office products
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry
  • A desire to continually improve
