ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support and improve daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating processes, managing schedules, communicating with internal teams, and solving logistical challenges to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate daily operational activities to meet business goals.
  • Communicate with various departments to improve efficiency and workflow.
  • Maintain schedules, calendar management, and support projects within Operations.
  • Assist in budget management, procurement, and investor relationships.
  • Provide administrative support, including generating reports and managing correspondence.

Competencies & Characteristics:

  • Proven experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and office software (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
