Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Positive Attitude & Learning Mindset: Demonstrates a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges, with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in operations coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Project Coordination: Proven experience in project coordination and working with cross-functional teams.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a sharp attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Monday, Click-up).
- CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot (preferred but not required).
- Logistics Experience: Experience in shipping, tracking, and receiving, using services like FedEx, UPS, Purolator, and DHL.
- Data Management: Experience conducting research, compiling data, and generating actionable reports.
- HR Support: Experience supporting recruitment processes and maintaining HR records (preferred but not required).
- Collaboration & Discretion: Ability to work collaboratively across departments while handling confidential information with discretion.
- Independence & Teamwork: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in a team environment.
- Detail-Oriented & Problem Solver: Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and detail-driven individual to join our operations team. The ideal candidate is a team player who is eager to learn, works well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering quality results.
In this role you will play a key part in daily operations by supporting project coordination, logistics, office management, and data management. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, quick to learn, and a natural multitasker, eager to collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations and successful project execution.
This role reports to the Director of Operations and is an in-person position in Vancouver, BC.
