JOB DESCRIPTION
Sorting Robotics Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity within the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in operations coordination or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using productivity software and tools.
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required.
Work Location: Fully On Site and In Person

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement operational procedures and policies.
- Monitor and optimize workflow processes to enhance productivity.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain good relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist in the hiring and training of operational staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage and resolve any operational issues or emergencies that may arise.
- Work with customer support to provide account management services to the customers.
