REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Previous experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in ‘Lean Management’ is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, changeable environment.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Daily Operations: Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational tasks, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between various departments (e.g., logistics, customer service, and procurement) to facilitate effective communication and resolve operational issues.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of operations data, including updating systems and generating reports as required.
  • Problem Solving: Help identify and troubleshoot operational issues, proposing solutions to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Documentation: Ensure all operational procedures and processes are documented and up to date.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Support adherence to health and safety standards within the operational environment.
  • Team Support: Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed.
