REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Prior experience in ‘Lean Management’ is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, changeable environment.
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Support Daily Operations: Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational tasks, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between various departments (e.g., logistics, customer service, and procurement) to facilitate effective communication and resolve operational issues.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of operations data, including updating systems and generating reports as required.
- Problem Solving: Help identify and troubleshoot operational issues, proposing solutions to improve processes and efficiency.
- Documentation: Ensure all operational procedures and processes are documented and up to date.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Support adherence to health and safety standards within the operational environment.
- Team Support: Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed.
