Description:
We are in search of a skilled Operations Cost Analyst to join our service industry team located in Gardena, California. In this role, you will be working on a variety of tasks, including conducting cost analysis, examining operational logistics, and interacting with vendors and suppliers. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive cost analysis to aid in strategic decision-making processes.
- Examine operations logistics to pinpoint potential areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and negotiate offers, ensuring optimal terms for the organization.
- Compile and present detailed cost reports, projections, and conversions to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Excel reports for supplier performance and operational metrics.
- Assist in coordinating logistics to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize your knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and CRM to manage and optimize processes.
- Use data mining techniques to analyze and interpret complex data related to operations and costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and maintaining accurate customer credit records.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Proficient in 3M, CRM, and About Time software.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Data Mining Techniques and Enterprise Resource Planning.
- Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
- Proven auditing skills, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of effectively handling complex and high-volume data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
